Chocolate Chia Seed Cake

We cooked Tania Hubbard's Chocolate Chia Seed Cake last week and I have to say for a person whose not to keen on Gluten free anything, I was blown away by this cake. It was moist, full of flavour and a hit with everyone who had it. Check out our dessert page for the recipe.
